Before we begin, I want to take a few moments to ground ourselves and notice our body:

Is your jaw clenched right now?

Is your stomach clenched?

Is your breathing shallow or deep?

Are your shoulders hunched forward?

Are you thirsty or hungry?

Notice how it feels to reflect on these and whether or not you are able to shift to a more relaxed state and observe sensations in your body.
